Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, you will be responsible for achieving long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plans for our brand portfolio in support of our business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory, ensuring effective market execution in both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade.
2. Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and execution of local and national sales programs.
3. Train and coach distributor/bottler sales forces to engage them with our Monster brand and objectives.
4. Ensure the execution of national and regional account strategies for all company products, achieving sales, profit, and market share objectives.
5. Monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies, driving volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.
6. Develop and manage partnerships to drive improved performance, using objective tools, information, and feedback to establish region and area performance goals.
7. Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track, monitor, and adjust efforts, producing desired outcomes in key business segments.
8. Collaborate closely with National Sales and Regional Account Management Teams to understand customer programs and activities impacting their respective markets.
