As a startup, we value flexibility, autonomy, and a hands-on mindset.Responsibilities- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products.- Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform.- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.- Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces.- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.- Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content.What We’re Looking For- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products .- Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms .- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.- Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail.- Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English .- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup .Nice to Have- Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets.- Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups.- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.- Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
