About the Role
Our company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date with regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
