About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce UI Developer to help build a next-generation compliance and reporting platform used in the clean energy and infrastructure space.
You’ll be part of a dedicated Salesforce product engineering team that’s building scalable, data-driven applications entirely on Salesforce — with Lightning Web Components (LWC) powering a modern, dynamic user experience.
This is a hands-on engineering role, ideal for developers who live at the intersection of front-end design and Salesforce architecture — people who write clean, modular code and care deeply about performance, usability, and aesthetics.
What You’ll Do
* Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Aura components for custom pages, dashboards, and portals.
* Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customers, partners, and internal teams — working with themes, branding sets, and custom navigation.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring mockups and design systems to life while maintaining Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards.
* Integrate LWCs with Apex controllers and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data flow between the front-end and backend systems.
* Implement performance optimizations such as caching, pagination, and lazy loading for large datasets.
* Participate in code reviews, testing (Jest, Apex), and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, maintainable releases.
* Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, documentation standards, and reusable component libraries.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years focused on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Proven experience building and customizing Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.
* Strong understanding of Apex, Salesforce DX, and data model design.
* Solid front-end fundamentals: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and ideally TypeScript.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs or Platform Events.
* Familiarity with Git-based DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
* Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and JavaScript Developer I (required). Platform Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant are strong pluses.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams.
Nice to Have
* Background in UI/UX or front-end design (e.g., Figma, SLDS customization).
* Experience building or maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries.
* Knowledge of CI/CD automation, unit testing, and code quality frameworks
.
Why This Role
* You’ll work with a team that treats Salesforce as a true engineering platform, not just a configuration tool. This is a chance to own the front-end experience of a product used across major infrastructure and renewable energy projects, where performance, polish, and usability truly matter.
