Overview
As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will build trust with suitable candidates and explain the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.). We fix everything for our employees so they can focus on their work and transition.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage engineers interested in relocating to Sweden.
Inform candidates about benefits of living and working in Sweden and manage relocation logistics.
Coordinate with colleagues in multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.
Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Build and maintain a solid network of local IT engineering talent.
Provide a high level of service, seek the best solutions for recruitment challenges, and maintain brand awareness.
Required qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
Strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
Service-oriented with a flexible mindset and problem-solving focus.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of closing recruitment requests.
Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.
Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle setbacks.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
Responsive and responsible with professional appearance.
Extents & Duration
Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.
Location
Remote work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
Compensation & Benefits
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
