Responsibilities and duties
* Deliver parts to counters and mechanics, ensuring quick and accurate service.
* Handle entry and exit of goods, maintaining proper records and control.
* Operate systems and spreadsheets to support administrative and logistical routines.
* Issue invoices and record transactions in the system according to established procedures.
* Assist in daily stock checks to ensure data accuracy.
* Support organization and cleanliness of the stock area, maintaining a safe and functional environment.
* Allocate and organize parts according to demand to optimize workflow.
Requirements and qualifications
* Complete High School Education.
* Knowledge of computer systems, technology, and typing skills.
* Experience with stock/warehouse routines (desirable).
* Category B driver's license (desirable).
