Job Overview


The Account Manager is a dynamic sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth by selling software solutions to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities



* Sales and Territory Development: Develop effective sales strategies to achieve quota targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer base.

* Develop Opportunity/Account Plans: Create comprehensive plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth, including account profiling, sales cycles, and prospect targeting.

* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts, ensuring strong rapport with decision-makers and influencers.

* Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-level product demonstrations and coordinate functional product demos to new and existing accounts.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain a rolling pipeline, keeping it current and moving up the pipeline curve, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

* Territory Development: Identify and nurture new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and coordination with Account Executives to target high-value prospects.

* Document all Activity: Utilize Salesforce.com to document all account-related activity, ensuring accurate customer and pipeline information.



Required Skills and Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.

* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.

* 2-4 years' sales experience within software industry.

* Excellent communication, customer-focused, and results-driven.

* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients.

* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team.
