Qualifications

Must-Have:

10. Proven experience managing Kubernetes + Linux in production environments, especially during transitions from legacy systems to clusters.

11. Strong autonomy to plan, execute, and follow through without hand-holding.

12. Solid DevOps toolchain skills: CI/CD, Git, automation, alerting.

13. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
\
14. Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

15. Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
