What we’re looking forWe're seeking a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team and help us build a scalable marketing engine through compelling visual strategies and high-quality design execution. This role focuses on creating impactful designs across the marketing funnel, from ads and landing pages to email and follow-up collateral, while supporting the launch of our new website and design system.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration and wants to take a hands-on role in driving innovation to elevate design standards.This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Brazil (remote).What you’ll doDesign and execute marketing funnel elements across paid media and ABM, including ads, landing pages, emails, gated content, and follow-up collateral, ensuring they align with brand identity and performance goals.Prototype web pages using Figma, primarily for funnel design and also contributing to our new website to support organic, paid media, and ABM motions.Partner with paid media and account-based marketing teams to ensure cohesive funnel experiences from ad click to conversion.Collaborate with our global cross-functional teams to iterate on designs, conduct A/B testing, and establish guidelines and standards.Take ownership of complex design tasks, providing thought leadership by evaluating design quality, identifying improvements, and mentoring junior team members.Provide design thought leadership and guidance across broader marketing needs, including organic, lifecycle, events, and collateral.What you’ll bring3-4 years of experience in marketing design, with a focus on digital assets like ads, landing pages, and email.Proven experience in designing marketing funnels and collateral that support paid media and account-based marketing strategies.Strong skills in Figma for prototyping and Adobe Illustrator for design execution.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and drive projects independently.Nice-to-havesExperience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments (FinTech is a plus).Familiarity with additional design tools and rapid iteration processes.Track record of mentoring, leading design initiatives, or establishing best practices in dynamic environments.Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments.How to applyTo be considered, please include a portfolio link with your application.Your portfolio can be a personal site, Notion/Google Drive folder, PF or Figma file(s) – what matters most is that it clearly shows your marketing design work and how you think about funnel design and iteration.What stands out to us:Strong marketing funnel instincts (ad → landing page → form/gated content → nurture/sales).Ability to design with speed and quality, producing clean variations for testing.Clear examples of landing page craft: hierarchy, layout, credibility signals, scannability and strong visual storytelling.What We OfferCompetitive salary tailored to your experience, skills, and expertise.The total compensation range for this role is $20,000 – $30,000 USD per year, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position.
