You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our Order-to-Cash process while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.Reconcile customer payments and account balances to ensure accuracy and identify discrepanciesAssist in maintaining customer account records and updating account information in the systemSupport the collection of outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue paymentsPrepare and distribute billing statements and payment reminders to customersAssist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and reportingRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statusMonitor and track cash receipts and ensure proper posting to customer accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and customer serviceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or certification (preferred)1 year of experience in accounts receivable or finance operations (preferred)Clear written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (preferred)Proficiency with SAP (preferred)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesUnderstanding of the Order-to-Cash processAbility to work with numerical data and identify discrepanciesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional demeanor and commitment to accuracy and qualityAdditional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
