Director of Advanced Analytics
The Director of Advanced Analytics will define the strategic vision, lead the development, and oversee the deployment of sophisticated machine learning models and data-driven solutions. This senior role focuses on student audience segmentation, predictive propensity modeling, and AI-enabled career advising.
Analytics Strategy and Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
* Define the technical roadmap and best practices for all analytics initiatives, focusing on model reliability, fairness, and interpretability.
* Direct the design, development, and implementation of high-impact data products, especially those focused on segmentation and propensity models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
* Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions.
* Mentor and coach data scientists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
