What We Offer
* R$4,500/month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
* 100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market

* Monday to Friday, 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What Youll Do
* Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
* Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
* Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
* Manage full recruitment pipeline: job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
* Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated
What Were Looking For
* 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Fluent English (C1/C2) daily contact with U.S. clients
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
* Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Nice to Have
* Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
* Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile
* Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market
