Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote. This includes serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
The successful candidate will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms, deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools, monitor and maintain endpoint security, and assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong technical skills, including deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
