About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide timely assistance to clients—including tour operators, travel agencies, and end customers—addressing their inquiries, liaising with suppliers, and managing bookings in line with established standards and procedures.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will be expected to:
