Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single-family real estate, specializing in two main loan products: short-term bridge loans for fix-and-flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords expanding their portfolios. DFS is thriving in the competitive mortgage landscape, with steady quarterly growth and a current origination volume of $70MM per month. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive - Commercial to join our team and help expand our broker business with our DSCR and Bridge products.
Your Impact
 * Lead the expansion of our broker network in key markets, applying relationship-building skills and sales acumen.
 * Develop and energize new broker partnerships while strengthening and deepening existing connections.
 * Drive company growth by collaborating with teams across the business and bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas.
In This Role You Will
 * Act as the face of our non-QM lending solutions, generating enthusiasm and expanding reach in targeted markets.
 * Leverage sales drive and creativity to close $5MM+ in monthly volume, partnering with brokers to deliver win-win deals.
 * Consistently exceed targets by attracting and onboarding new brokers, while providing world-class experiences for established relationships.
 * Influence outcomes across departments by sharing insights and working with diverse, results-oriented colleagues.
 * Celebrate wins and contributions across the company as a visible member of the team's overall success.
Requirements
 * 3–4 years of successful broker business expansion with non-QM products and 5+ years in the mortgage industry.
 * Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred, but drive, results, and relationship-building experience are highly valued.
 * Entrepreneurial spirit—self-starter with a passion for building networks and seizing opportunities.
 * Proven expertise in non-QM products, lending regulations, and industry best practices; ability to be a go-to source for partners.
 * Excellent communicator and influencer, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and inspiring action.
 * Strong self-management of schedule and pipeline with a track record of success in a flexible, remote work environment.
