Job Objective
Comprehensively manage the payroll processing, ensuring compliance with established controls and processes, both for the initial end-to-end management and for the post-payroll processes.
Requirements
* Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
* Advanced level of English.
* SAP knowledge (desirable).
Role Challenges
* Participation in end-to-end payroll processes (input updates, payroll controls, final settlements payments).
* Management of post-payroll processes (Accounting, union payments, social security).
* Generation of reports.
