Product Design Lead
We are seeking a Product Design Lead to drive design excellence in our fast-paced environment. This role involves solving complex user problems and delivering scalable product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop end-to-end product design strategies from discovery to high-fidelity UI design
* Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools focusing on usability, scalability, and performance
* Conduct research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions
Requirements:
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms, and knowledge of frontend development principles.
