What You’ll Do:
* Run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information
* Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies
* Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
* Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business
* Maintain CRM activity and client communication
* Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings
* Active life insurance license (required)
* Proven experience in insurance sales preferred
* Strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence
* Goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRMs
Compensation:
* Commission-only with uncapped earnings
* Average agents earn $120,000+ annually
