Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing essential support for business applications.
Your key responsibilities will include investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, ensuring users have a smooth and productive experience.
We are looking for an individual who is able to diagnose and correct faults, answer technical questions, and ensure systems operate without interruptions.
Mandatory Skills
* Strong knowledge of Java/Python, PEGA (AI), MongoDB/SQL
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary research environment
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field
Desirable Skills
* Administration of Linux and Windows environments
* Working to solve problems efficiently, in order to prevent them from recurring, and identifying scenarios that could lead to failures in the future
