If you are based in São Paulo or Porto Alegre, you are welcome to work from one of our offices on a flexible schedule.The OpportunityAs a Business Analyst part of our growing Data & AI team, you will work closely with customers to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other technical stakeholders, to ensure data quality and support data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyze, and document business and user requirementsDevelop process flows, use cases, and analytical artifacts to support solution designWrite and manage complex user stories in Jira for the product feature setCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, acceptance tests, and analytics requirementsManage the analytics SDK backlog and represent requirements for new capabilitiesPartner with the development team to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure end-to-end deliveryCollect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, including video-product usage analyticsLeverage data insights to inform decisions and drive product enhancementsDesign and implement reporting dashboards and utilize analytics tools to uncover insightsDevelop and execute test plans to validate functionality and qualityTrack trends and monitor errors using test analytics to ensure high-quality releasesPartner with developers to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvementExecute tests and triage defects based on impact and priorityQualifications3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally combining business analysis, testing, and data analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization toolsExperience with quality assurance and software testing practicesPreferred: Coding experience and knowledge of YAML, SQL, and GITStrong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization principlesExperience with query and reporting tools such as Tableau, Pivot, or Elastic SearchProven experience using project management tools like Jira to write and manage complex user stories
