Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead projects and deliver exceptional solutions.
This role involves overseeing the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
A strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs, is also essential.
The successful candidate will manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
* Proficient in performing code reviews and handling deployments using GitHub and Jenkins
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive approach to stay informed about platform enhancements and release updates
