You will work closely with the D2C Fulfillment Manager and play a key role in keeping inventory, transfers, and order flows accurate and aligned across systems.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing inventory reconciliation across NetSuite and external systemsCreating and tracking transfer ordersCoordinating inbound purchase orders (POs)Working closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth fulfillmentSupporting DTC and marketplace operational workflowsMonitoring discrepancies and resolving inventory issuesEnsuring accurate ERP/WMS data alignmentSupporting day-to-day logistics executionThis is a hands-on role, not strategy, but real operational ownership.What we’re looking for:2+ years experience in ecommerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operationsStrong working knowledge of NetSuite (required)Experience with ERP/WMS systemsBackground in DTC ecommerce operationsExperience coordinating with 3PL partnersHigh attention to detail (inventory accuracy is critical)Comfortable working EST hoursNice to Have:Experience with US-based ecommerce brandsMarketplace exposure (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)Experience in high-SKU environments Interested?Apply via LinkedIn with your CV
