Overview Senior SAP Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex SAP initiatives across multiple functional workstreams. The role will ensure alignment between business objectives and IT delivery, driving successful implementation outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and value realization. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP project delivery experience, deep understanding of SAP functional domains, and a proven track record in leading large-scale global SAP programs. Responsibilities : Program & Project Leadership Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (plan, design, build, deploy, hypercare). Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Establish governance structures and reporting cadence. Manage cross-functional teams and workstreams. Planning and Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage dependencies across functional and technical teams. Ensure alignment with SAP Activate or Agile methodologies. Drive milestone tracking and delivery execution. Stakeholder Management Engage executive stakeholders and business leaders. Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution. Ensure alignment between IT and business objectives. Provide regular status reporting and communication. Risk and Financial Management Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage project budget, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure adherence to scope and change management processes. Drive accountability across teams. Quality and Delivery Assurance Ensure quality across all project deliverables. Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover planning. Drive readiness for go-live and hypercare support. Ensure successful transition to operations.
