The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who excels at solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
2. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
3. Design interfaces for cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.
5. Align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
6. Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design.
