About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing localized marketing strategies that attract doctors to underserved communities and help them build their practice and patient base.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to regions where they are needed most.
* Create compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies that attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations.
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies.
* Manage content creation, including bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, and video assets, with a focus on human-centered storytelling.
* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations.
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data, including patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing.
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients).
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups.
* B2B and B2C experience.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building.
* Flexibility with working hours.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms.
