Responsibilities and duties
Participate in defining business strategies within the Commercial Directorate;
Develop account plans, support account development, and increase ticket size of opportunities to boost sales;
Understand the client from a business perspective, know the markets they operate in, and generate insights during meetings demonstrating how ESRI platform solutions can solve business problems;
Present the platform and business solutions to clients, produce drafts and technical proposals aligned with business issues and budget, meeting deadlines;
Participate in client meetings as a technical/commercial expert, clarify technical doubts related to ArcGIS platform and system integrations;
Seek success stories from Esri and Marketing Imagem, share with the team, and maintain experience exchange with the Commercial team;
Qualify the sales pipeline and support its progression through the sales funnel, helping to reduce sales cycle from a technical perspective;
Track all relevant information related to the pipeline or qualification;
Act as a quality control in the sales pipeline to ensure efficient and smooth process evolution;
Serve as a product or service expert;
Conduct presentations at events;
Support technical analysis of tenders based on acquired knowledge;
Engage the Solutions team in negotiations involving complex services with customizations and/or integrations;
Train partners and structure delivery processes when sales include partner services;
Define and execute (or align with Solutions) proofs of concept that accelerate sales processes by matching client needs and demonstrating platform use in solving business problems.
Requirements and qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree / Specializations.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in product and service sales processes;
Advanced knowledge in GIS;
Data analysis and interpretation;
Basic requirements gathering and technical documentation;
Deep understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
Desirable Skills:
Master's degree;
Doctorate / Post-Doctorate certifications;
Fluent/Advanced English;
Good knowledge of cartography, thematic mapping, GIS, remote sensing;
Good knowledge of geographic databases;
Sales development skills;
Basic programming and web application customization skills.
