Job Purpose and Impact
- Gather functional requirements and develop user stories working directly with business stakeholders to enable business insights.
- Filter, clean and prepare data to support data reporting and analysis.
- the core set of metrics needed to measure performance.
- Evaluate the performance of processes, services and outcomes and drive performance improvement.
- Partner with teams to develop a detailed understanding of the business, drive standardization of process and technology, and offer mentorship and technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Technical experience regarding data models, database design development, data visualization, data blending, and data preparation
- Fluent or Advanced English level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate Spanish level
- Trade Compliance or customs background
- Certification in programing language or business intelligence tools
- Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading and implementing organizational change and process optimization using new technology or alternative use of existing technology.
- Experience with Global Trade Management solutions (SAP-GTS, Oracle GTM, Thomson Reuters)
- Experience with Trade Data Management solutions (customs broker or customs single window interfaces, HS classification and/or Trade Agreement management)
