Position: Customer Success Coordinator
elt is a leading provider of language learning solutions for individuals and organizations. We are dedicated to helping our customers achieve their language learning goals through our innovative and personalized approach.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator. As a contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing timely and effective communication
Understand and anticipate customer needs, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience
Onboard new learners and guide them through our services, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
Provide ongoing support to learners, troubleshooting issues and resolving any concerns that may arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall learner experience
Monitor customer usage and performance, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
Gather and analyze customer feedback, and provide insights to the team to drive product improvements and enhancements
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our customer success strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Teaching
2+ years of experience in teaching English (customer success or account management a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Location
This is a remote position based in Brazil. You will have the flexibility to work from home.
