Site Coordinator Job Overview
The Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the technical team, cost optimization, safety protocols, and contract management at a wind power facility in Bahia. This position requires ensuring compliance with project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
* Ensure adherence to all project safety, environmental, and contractual obligations.
* Coordinate daily operations, resource allocation, maintenance staff, and on-call shifts in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
* Coordinate resources availability with applicable areas.
* Lead maintenance and administrative teams.
* Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday on-call rotations.
* Maintain ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, ascend ladders unassisted, and operate at heights exceeding 80 meters (250 feet).
* Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
* Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.
Key Requirements:
* Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering and hold a valid CFT License.
* A minimum of four years of experience in WTG O&M field management.
* In-depth knowledge of WTG O&M contract management principles.
* CNH B National Driver's License.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
