About the Position

We are looking for a strategic and creative professional to lead our Gamification & Subscription Strategies efforts. This role focuses on building innovative mechanisms such as missions, streaks, and loyalty programs that drive user engagement, as well as developing subscription-based models that strengthen recurrence and create long-term value. You will design, test, and scale programs that make our platform fun, sticky, and habit-forming, positioning us to compete head-to-head with established loyalty schemes in the market.


Responsibilities

* Design and implement gamification strategies (progress bars, streaks, missions, rewards) that increase frequency and stickiness across user segments.
* Develop and refine subscription models and loyalty programs that maximize user retention and LTV, while differentiating from competitor offerings.
* Collaborate with CRM, Growth, and Product teams to integrate gamification mechanics into the user journey and app experience.
* Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of gamified features and subscription perks on user behavior.
* Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, progression funnel, and churn patterns to optimize program design and efficiency.
* Partner with Data and Finance teams to build business cases for gamification and subscription initiatives, measuring ROI and long-term sustainability.
* Explore partnerships with restaurants, brands, and third parties to enrich the subscription and gamification ecosystem.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies, ensuring our programs are locally relevant, innovative, and scalable.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or above in business, economics, engineering, or related fields.
* Robust experience in user operations, loyalty, CRM, or product growth strategy in digital platforms.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or other tools to extract insights and validate impact.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling gamification or subscription programs.
* Familiarity with user segmentation, behavioral psychology, and habit-forming product design.
* Background in e-commerce, O2O, food delivery, or subscription-based businesses preferred.
* Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to balance user delight with business impact.
