Systems Engineer – AWS – JAVA/KOTLIN - PYTHON
Description:
The role will be as a back-end technology engineer.
The community addresses issues related to business credit cards, where the challenges are to deliver innovative projects with a return on investment.
Effective implementations are related to experience and engagement in knowledge within the payments business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, Python, and the Spring Boot framework;
• Design and implement APIs and backend services;
• Participate in defining scalable and secure architectures;
• Work on automating CI/CD pipelines and maintaining development pipelines;
• Implement good software engineering, testing, and monitoring practices;
Requirements:
• Proven experience in development with Java, Kotlin, Python, and the Spring Boot framework;
• Solid knowledge of continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD);
• Experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure Development environment;
• Experience with relational and non-relational NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, Glue, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, among others);
• Experience in developing/integrating RESTful APIs and Kafka/SQS/SNS messaging/events
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring with Datadog;
• Knowledge of version control with Git;
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
• Desirable experience in Agile methodologies and Lean practices.
Differentials:
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures;
• AWS certifications;
• Experience with AI;
• Experience in high availability and mission-critical environments; • Knowledge of core payment systems.
