HR Project Specialist – Talent and Learning is a full-time, regular-status role with a hybrid work arrangement in the Project Management department.

Responsibilities
* Project management of products developed by the global Talent and Learning product managers, including Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Technology Skills, etc.
* Drive and enable change management plans and practices to support core projects and programmes, ensuring alignment, traction and engagement across a wide range of stakeholders.
* Manage, analyze and communicate key people data to provide insight and make viable recommendations during product development.
* Interface closely with the HRBP team, broader HR Community and key business stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective delivery of key projects and processes.
* Plan effectively, track milestones, and coordinate release planning and communications as the project evolves.
* Collaborate with global talent and learning teams, regional talent teams, HRBPs and leaders, combining change management and HR process best practices with agile project management.
* Support the adoption and usage of new resources by engaging and equipping people and leaders.
Qualifications & Skills
* Well-developed agile project management skills and a structured approach.
* Excellent stakeholder management with a focus on delivering through others; able to communicate challenges and influence a variety of stakeholders.
* Ability to plan, develop and deliver compelling communications for a product.
* Data-savvy: able to analyze, interpret and report key themes and make recommendations.
* Understanding of talent, learning and general HR processes in complex organizations.
* Proactive, initiates action and takes responsibility for the consequences of decisions.
