Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our sales team in business development activities across various countries.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in the public sector.
* Scout and assess potential opportunities via procurement portals in different countries
* Assist in preparing proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Create project references and CVs tailored to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent English language skills, with business-level proficiency in Portuguese and German
* Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to take ownership and learn quickly
* Interest in international collaboration, technology-driven projects, and public sector processes
* Prior experience in procurement within the public sector is an advantage
