They must be able to troubleshoot machine failures, perform root cause analysis, and provide corrective actions. This role also involves providing maintenance and operation recommendations or on-site service to customers. Additionally, they will translate service files into local languages if necessary and provide after-sales service and technical training for customers and agents.
