Summary:We are looking for a motivated Channel Manager – Latin America to support OSL Pay’s banking and payment partnership strategy. This role will manage day-to-day partner relationships, support new card channel initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the Latin American payments market, familiarity with local regulations, and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and expand banking relationships across Latin America to support OSL Pay’s regional growth.Identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships (card organizations, insurers, third-party providers) in the Latin American market.Coordinate with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to support new market entry strategies.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to track partner performance and identify opportunities.Provide operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.Familiarity with local market players and established relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also a must.Interest or prior experience in crypto/digital assets is a plus.
