**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms, as well as supporting the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
The IT Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
Additionally, this role will involve assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, systems administration, or a related field, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
We require deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
