Title: Salesforce Developer (4856)Location: Brazil (Remote)Duration: 6+ Months ContractPay: BRL 150-160/hr.Position SummaryThe role of the Salesforce Developer is to create new functionality using declarative (e.G. Formula Fields, Process Builder, Flow) or programmatic (e.G. Apex, Visualforce) methods to meet business requirements. The position has the responsibility for researching solutions, troubleshooting bugs, and enhancing the capabilities of Salesforce within best practices guidelines. In addition to understanding technical aspects of Salesforce such as Integration APIs and data security architecture, the role requires analytical problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to set push back against unreasonable expectations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practicesSolve complex issues using troubleshooting methodologies combined with expert knowledge of Salesforce applications.Work closely with Business Analysts using Agile development techniques to understand requirements and build high quality solutionsDevelop application fixes for critical issues with declarative (Workflows, Approvals, Formulas, etc…) and programmatic tools (Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, etc…)Manage customer expectations;
