Mobile Application Development Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Application Developer with expertise in designing and building advanced mobile applications for Android platforms, with knowledge of iOS being an added advantage.
* Design and develop complex mobile applications that meet performance, quality, and responsiveness standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in mobile applications.
* Maintain clean, testable, well-organized code and contribute to automation processes.
* Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and modern mobile architectures.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to planning, reviews, and team discussions.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mobile application development.
* Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
* Experience in implementing and customizing video player functionality using frameworks such as ExoPlayer or MediaSession APIs, including handling streaming, offline playback, and custom UI controls.
* Solid understanding of the full mobile application development lifecycle.
* Experience with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services.
* Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs (e.g., Firebase).
* Knowledge of Google's material design principles and interface guidelines.
* Strong understanding of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
* Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and testing frameworks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Advanced level of written and oral English proficiency.
