JOB DESCRIPTION
The PPM Services Specialist role at AB InBev Global PPM is pivotal in supporting, implementing, and configuring the global People PPM routine to drive operational excellence, optimize resource allocation, and enhance transparency across all regions.
Key responsibilities include managing the people finance closing routine, coordinating with stakeholders, performing reconciliations, and preparing presentations.
This role plays a critical part in enabling operational excellence, improving resource efficiency, and strengthening transparency and accountability within the global people agenda.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
Main Challenges:
Process optimization:
- ensure standardization and execution of activities according to guidelines, with quality and precision as defined in the project
- analyze processes and create automation, standardization, or continuous improvement solutions
Excel modeling and business casing:
- Excel modelling experience utilizing intermediate functions such as xlookup, sumproduct, sumifs, etc.
- Able to design a dashboard or summary table to best display continuously referenced KPIs
- Experience conducting model reviews and applying analysis due diligence to minimize errors
Stakeholder Management
- Keep alignment and closer contact with expertise teams in BSC teams (India, Brazil, etc) if needed.
- Follow Service Level Agreement with stakeholders and deliver all agreed in time
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Specific responsibilities:
1. Daily/weekly/ monthly people finance closing routine
2. Coordinate with stakeholders/data team to build a routine to track monthly KPIs
3. Perform reconciliations between different tools used for results reporting.
4. Ensure the closing instructions are updated and the zone is aware of its deliverables.
5. Ensure the figures are reported by zones timely and with good quality
6. Prepare decks/presentation to stakeholders.
Education
7. Masters in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or others.
Experience
8. Experience of at least 2-4 in the finance field preferably within FP&A others finance
9. FP&A // Overhead// Capex Forecasting // Performance results
