Position Summary

Vanzbon Group is looking for a Branch Setup & Operations Manager to support the establishment and early-stage development of our local presence in Brazil.

This is a hands-on role focused on company setup, local coordination, partner management, banking and operational follow-up, and practical support for business development activities. The successful candidate will help Vanzbon build its local foundation in Brazil and act as a key bridge between the local market and our regional/HQ teams.

This role is ideal for professionals who understand how business is established and operated in Brazil and are comfortable working in a practical, execution-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. Company Setup & Local Launch
* Coordinate the setup of Vanzbon’s local presence in Brazil, including practical follow-up on registrations, onboarding steps, and operational readiness.
* Work with external law firms, accounting firms, service providers, and other local partners to move setup processes forward efficiently.
* Organise and track required documents, approvals, and process milestones related to local establishment.
2. Local Operations & Daily Coordination
* Act as the main local coordination point for day-to-day operational matters in Brazil.
* Follow up on documentation, timelines, pending items, and communications with external stakeholders.
* Support practical matters related to office setup, address arrangements, vendors, and other early-stage local operational needs.
3. Banking & Service Provider Liaison
* Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on account opening, onboarding, KYC documentation, and follow-up communication.
* Liaise with notaries, translators, landlords, service providers, and other local institutions when required.
* Help resolve operational bottlenecks by proactively clarifying local procedures and next steps.
4. Local Representation & Business Support
* Represent Vanzbon in local meetings with partners, service providers, and prospective clients where needed.
* Support basic relationship building with local law firms, accounting firms, banks, consultants, and other useful business resources.
* Assist regional and HQ teams with practical local insight on timelines, processes, and market-entry considerations in Brazil.
5. Reporting & Internal Coordination
* Join regular coordination calls with regional and HQ teams in English and provide clear updates on local progress, challenges, and opportunities.
* Maintain organised digital records of registrations, contracts, approvals, meeting notes, and correspondence.
* Prepare internal checklists, progress summaries, and simple SOP-style notes to document how local processes work in practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
* Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in Brazil in one or more of the following areas:
* corporate services,
* business operations,
* banking / onboarding / client support,
* legal or accounting administration,
* project coordination,
* or similar roles in professional services.
* Familiarity with practical aspects of company setup, registrations, bank onboarding, and service-provider coordination in Brazil is highly valued.
* Experience working with external advisors, financial institutions, or multi-party business processes is a strong advantage.
* High working proficiency in Portuguese and solid working proficiency in English .
* Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
* Legally eligible to work in Brazil and normally based in the country.
