We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner/Senior Financial Analyst to join our International Emerging Stores Payments (IESP) Finance team. This individual will primarily support our Brazil business by playing a key role in long-term financial planning, monthly financial reporting, weekly financial and operational performance metrics, and providing analytical support for Senior Business Management.
This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on risk controllership for the payments business. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial controllership, reporting, and planning
* Support senior leaders through performance management and setting them up for success in complex negotiations
* Delivering impactful analysis and providing cut-through insights based on inputs
* Finance leadership of key strategic initiatives to support growth and innovation
* Working on projects from end to end, delivering actionable insights and recommendations, tracking, and measurement of initiatives
* Partnership with business, product, and data teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
* 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience
* 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
* Advanced level of English language proficiency
