As a senior developer in our team, you'll be responsible for building and evolving desktop applications. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-performance, stable, and well-instrumented applications that integrate video/audio, real-time features, and collaborative tools.This role requires expertise in designing, building, and maintaining clean architecture, modular layers, and reliable state management. You'll also need to ensure observability end-to-end by instrumenting product events/metrics, triaging errors with error tracking systems, and capturing UX signals.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Flutter and Dart building Desktop apps (preferably macOS), as well as proven work reducing CPU/GPU usage in Flutter apps. They should also have a solid grasp of architectural patterns, dependency injection, and state management.CPU & GPU Optimizations are a key area of focus for this role. This includes minimizing rebuilds, cutting redundant layout/work, moving heavy tasks off the UI thread, and frame scheduling discipline.Our company's software solutions require robust and efficient design to meet user demands.
