Job Responsibilities
* As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients' interpretation and market research needs are met efficiently.
* Your core responsibilities will include project management, client communication, and the recruitment of specialized language professionals.
Note: This role focuses on managing interpretation projects, not interpreting for clients directly.
The Job Overview
* You will be responsible for managing multiple projects daily.
* Projects can range from a single day to several weeks long.
* Here's how you'll interact with a project:
* Scoping
o You will engage with clients via email, phone, or other channels to discuss their requirements.
o Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met.
o Identify suitable colleagues based on time zones or regions for each project.
* Matchmaking
o Your primary responsibility is to select the best linguist for each client's project.
o Present the linguist's experience in a relevant manner for each project.
o Continuously evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.
* Executing
o Synchronize client and linguist expectations.
o Chaperone calls to ensure successful connections.
o Communicate with clients after projects to gauge satisfaction.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English; additional language fluency is an asset.
* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated.
