Regulatory Research Professional
The position of Regulatory Research Professional entails conducting thorough research and tracking global trade regulations, primarily across Latin America and North America. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for new legal and regulatory updates and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and ERP/GTS specialists.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain up-to-date awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, Latin America, etc.).
* Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* Evaluate research and documentation to ensure alignment with ISO process standards.
