* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and efficient execution.
* Conduct feasibility studies, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.
* Ensure compliance with technical standards, environmental and safety regulations.
* Manage contracts and tenders, negotiating with suppliers and contractors to optimize costs and quality.
* Apply project management methodologies to optimize flows and deliveries.
* Monitor performance indicators and adjust strategies to meet quality and efficiency goals.
* Conduct inspections and audits in construction sites or facilities to ensure technical standards and safety.
* Implement sustainable solutions, such as energy efficiency and reduced environmental impacts.
* Lead follow-up meetings with clients, stakeholders and teams, presenting reports and adjustments.
* Resolve technical problems during execution, applying root cause analysis and innovation.
* Manage scope changes, ensuring alignment with original objectives and necessary approvals.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and future improvements.
