Job Description:
Our organization is a leading provider of insurance and financial services, serving over 10 million households with 19 million individual policies across all 50 states.
We are seeking an analytical professional to develop insights-driven solutions that support our business initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements, create documentation, and act as a liaison between IT and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing analytics solutions to drive business growth
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs and requirements
* Acting as a liaison between IT and Product Management to support analytics models and data solutions
* Managing data from single sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance
* Enhancing and automating current-state reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience in analytics or a related field
* Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Decision Science, or Data Science
* Insurance industry knowledge and experience
* Management reporting, performance measurement, KPI development, and data visualization skills
