Job SummaryThe logistics assistant supports the order fulfillment processes within a 3PL or onsite warehouse.
Responsibilities/Description: - Responsible for managing administrative work, as requisition creation, document and letter issues. - Assist on SAP creation. - Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic reports and metrics. - Provide support to the operations as needed. - Maintain database(s) related to logistics data. - Verify documents; could be import, export or warehouse related and notify deviations. - Populate spreadsheets and databases from SAP, Oflow, sales force for analysis. - Assists Logistics team on administrative tasks. - Support inventory counting. Requirements: - High school or equivalent education - +1 year experience in SAP environment - +1 year administrative experience - Ability to communicate in local language - Effective communication skills - Collaborative and team player Training / Certifications: - SAP training
