In this position, you will tackle urgent business challenges by designing, building, and implementing platforms, modules, or scripts that deliver strategic value. Your work will often involve automation, marketing, revenue assurance, and process optimization. Responsibilities
* Create and implement scripts to solve complex business problems
* Enhance queries and processes to maximize performance and efficiency
* Assist in planning and executing tests to ensure solution reliability
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress
* Assess the effects of changes on databases and related systems
* Review usability to improve user experience
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in scripts and processes
* Develop automated tests to maintain consistent quality
* Uphold high standards for quality in all project deliverables
* Build automation systems to increase operational efficiency
* Take part in User Acceptance Testing with end users
* Integrate new modules and systems with existing platforms
* Develop internal tools to support business functions
* Detect and report errors for prompt resolution
* Maintain clear documentation of processes and solutions
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a software development position
* Proficiency in PL/SQL for database scripting and automation
* Strong understanding of data modeling for effective database design
* Experience with Node.Js or similar backend technologies such as Java
Nice to have
* Experience working with APIs and system integration to connect diverse platforms
* DevOps mindset with familiarity in Bitbucket and version control systems for collaborative development and deployment
