* Translate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions

Key Requirements
* You can be located anywhere within South America to qualify for this market.
* 8+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, ingredients, food, or life sciences within South America.
* A well‑established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem.
* Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms.
* Proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, hands‑on environment.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
