We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in IT service management processes, configuration management databases, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and configurations.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
